Joseph Tatepo

As well as being an advisor to Kotha Technologies, Joseph Tatepo is the founder of Oveom Digital where he offers services centered around product design, management and strategy. Prior to diving into design and product development Joseph Tatepo worked at The Conference Board Europe where he worked with Fortune 500 executives by managing the Economists’ Council, the Council on Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, the Tax Executives’ Council, the Council on Mergers & Acquisitions and the Procurement Council.

He served as an English Language Teacher for many years in Abu Dhabi University’s Knowledge Group, as a Corporate Trainer in Beijing and has taught ESL and Business Communication skills to learners of varied educational backgrounds and aptitudes.

Prior to teaching, he served as a Customer Service Representative, in Beijing, for a world leading custom-made vitamins and supplements manufacturer, as International Relations Manager for a Chinese Association and as a Customer Service Agent for a major European Oil and Gas Company.

Joseph holds an MA in Digital Technologies, Communication and Education with the University of Manchester, a BA degree in European Business Studies from London Metropolitan University, and a BA degree in Management & Logistics from the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry Business School, Novancia and his areas of interest include Learning Technologies, Knowledge Networking, Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Digital Transformation.

Quamrul Mina

Quamrul Mina is a US based tech entrepreneur with expertise in software & cloud platforms. He is currently the CEO of Pragma Systems, a software company he co-founded in Austin, Texas. Previously he worked at IBM Austin, Novell in Silicon Valley and AT&T Bell Labs in New Jersey. He excels in architecting software platforms and was instrumental in developing some of the most widely used software in the world: IBM Tivoli for Windows, HP OpenView port to become IBM NetView and Novell Netware TCP/IP. Under his leadership, Pragma has developed several popular global connectivity products now used in over 100 countries. Pragma’s SSH software has earned US Government’s FIPS and DoD/US Army Approved Product List certifications and are also used by the largest companies in the world like HSBC, McKesson, Dell and Oracle. Quamrul stood first in SSC and second in HSC in Bangladesh’s country-wide exams. He did his Bachelors in Computer Science from Brandeis University, Massachusetts and a M.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University, New Jersey. He is based in Austin, Texas, USA.

Hasan Rahman

Hasan H. Rahman AKA Ratan by profession was a Manager/Engineer and Scientist with over 32+ years of experiences in NASA/US Government on managing strategic planning and setting the vision & scope to Space Bound Science & Engineering projects. Hasan has the responsibility to design & develop a Telemetry Datacenter for Space bound Human Health exploration experiments, known as Tele-Science Center. The telemetry system, which is known as IoT today; Hasan has masterminded the design and development of bio-medical devices along with the IoT datacenter at Houston Mission Control Center. As the Manager of Tele-Science Data Center, Hasan as the responsibility in Design & Development along allocating labor, materials resources, fiscal year budget, interfacing with NASA customers, and ensuring the operation of NASA Human Health & Performance Contract for the International Space Station.

In the three short years since co-founding the Datasoft Manufacturing & Assembly Inc. Limited (DMA) in Bangladesh, as the Managing Director Hasan has played a major role in the transformation of ICT and Biomedical devices manufacturing by employing from unproductive, unsupervised engineers and technicians with a valuable structured program. The DMA program uses the Hardware/Software development skills to empower young talents by providing local manufacturing & assembly facilities and guidance with IT, IoT and Hi-Tech devices design/development &training. This has promoted positive values, focus, and manufacturing skills in the development of products & services – resulting in real impact toward the IT & Bio-Medical devices manufacturing in Bangladesh. Due to high levels of private data, sensitiveness and supply chain complexities, Hasan have deployed CMS systems to many departments for effectively manage their day-to-day business. The overall process to discover, extract and deliver outcome is complex and requires robust ERP & EAM software to ensure smarter project management, procurement and supplier management to achieve operation efficiency, control costs and improve capital budget and planning.
